This policy explains what personal data morii.es collects, why it is used and what rights you have, under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Who is responsible
- Data controller: Morii — Omar Albert Khoso Carrera
- Location: Valencia, Spain

What we collect
What you give us through the contact form: your name, role, property name, location, email address and whatever you choose to write in the message. Only your name and email address are required; everything else is optional.
What is collected automatically: browsing data gathered through analytics cookies, as described in the Cookie policy. This is used in aggregate and is not used to identify individuals.
We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and continue the correspondence that follows from it.
- To prepare for, and where relevant carry out, a hotel representation engagement.
- To understand in aggregate how the website is used, so it can be improved.
We do not send unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for advertising.
Legal basis
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit the contact form, and when you accept analytics cookies.
- Steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) where your enquiry concerns engaging our services.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the site secure and retaining professional correspondence.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship or interest continues, and afterwards for the period in which any legal claim could still be brought. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Who else sees it
We do not pass data to third parties except where the law requires it. The following providers process data on our behalf:
- A2 Hosting, Inc. — website hosting.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — business email (Google Workspace) and website analytics (Google Analytics).
Transfers outside the EU
Some of those providers are established in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these, write to firstcontact@morii.es saying which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission over HTTPS.
