The first ninety days
Six steps from signature to the first review, and thirty minutes a month from your team.

Representation does not begin with a sales call. It begins with knowing what your property is worth in this market, and building terms that let agencies actually sell it. The first five happen in the first ninety days, in this order.
Contract
Scope, markets and term agreed and signed. One accountable party for Spain and Portugal, working to your standards.
Market audit
Where your property currently sits against the properties this trade is already selling: on rate, on product and on commercial terms. You get the finding whether or not it is comfortable.
Contracting design
Spanish and Portuguese agencies buy on different terms to the UK or Germany. I work with your commercial team to build contracting that matches how this market actually books. This comes before the selling, because without it the agencies have nothing to sell.
Agency mapping
The named account list, agreed with you and worked in priority order: the agencies, travel designers, tour operators and incentive houses that place business with properties like yours. Not a database export.
First calls
In the room, in language, starting at the top of that list. Property training where it is wanted, and your first call report at the end of the month.
Review
Beyond the ninety days. A light check at month six against the targets we set in the first ninety days: what is working, what is not, and what changes. Then a full review at twelve months.
From day ninety the rhythm is monthly: who was seen and what was discussed, accounts opened and in progress, production tracked against scope, and a half-hour review with your Director of Sales. Leads go straight to your reservations team, never held in mine.

Twenty minutes is all it takes to find out what Spain and Portugal are worth to your property.
No deck, no pitch: a read on your market and a straight answer on whether I can help.
