We have sat in every chair at the table.
Your General Manager has run a P&L. Your Director of Sales has defended a budget. Your owner has weighed a spend against a return. Morii has been each of them — which is why we start from what your team actually needs rather than from what a representation firm finds convenient to sell.

Omar Albert Khoso Carrera
More than twenty-eight years in hospitality across seven countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with commercial responsibility for portfolios generating more than US$75 million a year. A career that ran from hotel operations, through international brand leadership, into hotel ownership — and then into representation.
The point of that sequence is not the length of it. It is that very few people selling representation have also signed the cheque for it, and fewer still have run the departments that have to deliver on what a representative promises.

Operator. Brand. Owner. Representative.
Operator
Executive Assistant Manager at Sheraton Addis, a Luxury Collection Hotel — running Sales, Front Office, Revenue, Engineering, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage across one of Africa’s flagship luxury hotels.
Brand
Area Director of Sales & Marketing for East and South Africa at the largest fee-producing hotel in the Africa and Indian Ocean region. ADR up 126%. Accommodation strategy for Heads of State at the African Union Summit. Roadshows to the World Bank, IMF and UN.
Owner
Founded a hospitality investment business, acquired and repositioned two hotels in Spain and exited both — delivering +130% revenue, +163% GOP and +117% EBITDA, while advising owners on acquisitions and feasibility.
Representative
Vakkaru Maldives in the Spanish luxury travel market — the agency network, the incentive houses, and a contract built for how Spain actually books. Five years, and Spain in the resort’s top ten international source markets.
Properties on the way through: Sheraton Addis, a Luxury Collection Hotel; The Westin and Le Méridien Bahrain City Centre; Millennium & Copthorne Muscat; Sheraton Deira and Jebel Ali International, Dubai. International brands, where standards are set centrally and the selling is done locally. An independent property gets that discipline without the brand attached to it; a branded property gets the local presence a global sales office rarely reaches.
The part worth keeping
The representation work began inside Khoso Enterprises, the hospitality investment business founded in 2017 and run as an owner-operator — acquiring and repositioning two hotels in Spain while representing Vakkaru Maldives to the Spanish luxury travel trade.
When the hotels were sold and Khoso Enterprises was wound up, the representation side was the part worth keeping. Morii was established to do it properly — a company built for one thing, rather than a service running alongside an investment portfolio.
How we work with you
Your brand, your rules
We work to your brand standards and use your assets. Nothing goes out under your name without your sign-off — no exceptions, and no social channels taken over.
Light on your team
Once the contracts are signed, we handle the bookings. Standard reservations go straight between us and your reservations team; large group business goes to whoever you designate for it. Your commercial team is not in the middle of routine traffic.
Tell us about your property
Where it is, what Southern Europe currently does for you, and what you would want it to. We reply within one business day, or book a time directly.
